CAPSE Aviation Services Awards
Based on passenger review analysis where each review is an important reference indicator, the authoritative and fair CAPSE Aviation Services Awards is dedicated to promote China's civil aviation services and a recognition of outstanding companies.
China has witnessed an air traffic volume of 610 million passengers in 2018, laying the foundation of being the world largest civil aviation market. The ever-expanding aviation market places higher demands on the quality and diversity of passenger service, which will bring new opportunities and challenges to China's civil aviation service.
As a global industry conference with insight into the new trends in civil aviation services, the CAPSE Civil Aviation Service Summit has been successfully held for four times. It is the place where decision-makers, industry influencers and scholars gather to exchange ideas, address concerns and discuss solutions for the future development of China's civil aviation services. Meanwhile, based on true passenger reviews over the past year, CAPSE will announce the CAPSE Aviation Services Award winners and follow with a list of their accomplishments.
At present, the 5th CAPSE Civil Aviation Service Summit is under preparation. At the Summit, CAPSE will cooperate with domestic and foreign industry leaders, experts and scholars to conduct in-depth discussions on civil aviation services in the new era and propose new ideas for the development of civil aviation services.
Established in 2012, CAPSE is an independent organization for third-party evaluation of civil aviation service in China, focuses on data consultation and solutions with a brand mission of “improves passenger experience through active listening”.
Supported by CARNOC.com and benefiting from its nineteen years’ experience and expertise in civil aviation industry, CAPSE evaluates civil aviation service based on objective measurements from of multiple dimensions, giving an insight into the service trends and providing solution-based consulting services by learning travelers’ requests for service and the effect of new technology on service. By July, 2018, the data indicators of CAPSE have been used by nearly 80% of civil aviation entities across China, and CAPSE has provided data analysis report and solutions for over 40 of them.
